PATIENT RIGHTS

1) Benefiting from the service in general:
Benefiting from health services within the framework of the principles of justice and equity. The right to receive services regardless of race, language, religion and sect, gender, philosophical belief, economic and social status.

2) Informing and requesting information:
The right to learn about all kinds of health services and facilities and to request all kinds of information verbally or in writing about his/her health status.

3) Choosing and changing the health institution and its personnel:
He/she has the right to choose and change the health institution and to benefit from the health services provided at the health facility he/she chooses, and to learn the identities, duties and titles of the physicians and other health professionals who will provide health services.

4) Privacy
They have the right to receive all kinds of health services in a confidential environment.

5) Refusal, cessation and consent:
The right to refuse treatment, to request its cessation, to obtain consent for medical interventions and to benefit from services within the framework of consent.

Receiving health care in a safe environment,

7) Ability to fulfill religious obligations:
The patient has the right to fulfill his/her religious obligations to the extent of the facilities of the health facility and within the framework of the measures taken by the administration.

8) Respect for human values, dignity and comfort:
The patient has the right to receive health care services with respect, care and attention, in a friendly, kind, compassionate environment, with all kinds of hygienic conditions, noise and all disturbing factors eliminated.

9) Visitation and accompaniment:
They have the right to receive visitors within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the health facilities and to have an accompanying person to the extent of the legislation and the facilities of the health facility and if deemed appropriate by the physician.

10) Right of application, complaint and lawsuit:
In case of violation of his/her rights, he/she has the right to use all kinds of application, complaint and lawsuit rights within the framework of the legislation.
